Return Policy

Return Policy:

You have 15 days to return an item from the date your received it. For Lenscan delivered items, returned must be made within 15 days of original invoice date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging in “good selling condition”. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds, Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you one the status of your refund after inspection the item. If there are missing parts in the item, the refund will be halted until all missing parts are be returned.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund or partial refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping or freight costs with the purchase the item are non-refundable, only the item cost is refundable.

Lenscan Medical does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products, provided the item is within its return policy period. If you have received the wrong product or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee, provided the item is within its return policy period.

If will receive a full refund to the original form of payment for the following items:

  • Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped
  • Wrong item shipped or item does not match what was shown on the Lenscan website

Partial refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below.

Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period 85% of the item’s purchase price

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping/freight will be deducted from your refund.
